Senior AI Engineer

We're looking for an AI Orchestrator (AI Engineer) who is passionate about building high-quality software using AI-assisted development tools. Role Overview This is not a Machine Learning or AI model training role. Instead, you'll leverage AI as a core part of your software engineering workflow to build, test, debug, and deliver production-grade applications faster and more efficiently. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications. Use AI tools to accelerate coding, debugging, testing, refactoring, and documentation. Review and validate AI-generated code for quality, security, performance, and maintainability. Build clean APIs, backend services, and full-stack application components. Participate in technical design discussions and code reviews. Collaborate with AI-Native Tech Architects and engineering teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. Continuously improve AI-assisted engineering workflows and best practices. Required Skills Strong software engineering fundamentals. Experience with backend and/or full-stack application development. Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages (Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, C#, etc.). Experience building REST APIs and scalable applications. Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, testing frameworks, and cloud platforms. Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar tools. Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills. Nice to Have Experience with microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). Knowledge of modern software architecture and DevOps practices
