1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Rebuix. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of rebuix.com (the "Site") and our AI-only job board services (the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.

2. Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Not be prohibited from using the Services under applicable law
• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your password
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.

4. Services Description

Rebuix provides:

• An AI-only job board platform featuring genuine AI, ML, and GenAI positions
• Job search and filtering capabilities
• Job application submission services
• Employer job posting services (paid and free tiers)
• AI relevance filtering to prevent "AI-washed" job postings

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time.

5. AI Job Verification

5.1 Relevance Threshold

All jobs must meet our AI relevance threshold of 65% or higher. Jobs are evaluated based on:

• Job title match (40%)
• Description keyword density (30%)
• Explicit AI skills listed (20%)
• Team/product AI context (10%)

5.2 Rejection and Refunds

Jobs that do not meet our AI relevance criteria will be rejected. Paid job postings that are rejected due to insufficient AI relevance will receive a full refund within 5-7 business days.

6. Job Seeker Terms

6.1 Job Applications

When applying for jobs, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Submit only your own original materials
• Not misrepresent your qualifications or experience
• Comply with employer application requirements

6.2 No Guarantee of Employment

Rebuix is a platform connecting job seekers with employers. We do not guarantee employment, interviews, or responses from employers. Employment decisions are solely at the discretion of hiring companies.

7. Employer Terms

7.1 Job Posting Requirements

All job postings must:

• Be for legitimate, available positions
• Meet our AI relevance threshold (65% minimum)
• Include accurate job details and requirements
• Comply with all applicable employment laws
• Not contain discriminatory content
• Not be for multilevel marketing or commission-only positions

7.2 Prohibited Job Postings

You may not post jobs that:

• Are "AI-washed" (generic software roles labeled as AI)
• Violate employment laws or regulations
• Contain misleading or false information
• Promote illegal activities
• Request upfront payments from candidates

8. Payment Terms

8.1 Pricing

8.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes.

8.3 Billing

Payments are charged immediately upon job posting submission. Auto-renewal (if enabled) will charge your payment method 3 days before expiration.

9. Refund Policy

We offer refunds in the following circumstances:

• AI Relevance Rejection: Full refund if your job posting is rejected for not meeting our AI criteria
• Technical Issues: Full refund if technical problems prevent your job from being displayed
• Cancellation within 24 hours: Full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of posting and before the job receives any applications

Refunds are not provided for:

• Jobs that have been live for more than 24 hours
• Jobs that have received applications
• Change of mind after approval

Refund requests must be submitted to support@rebuix.com. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 Our Content

All content on Rebuix, including text, graphics, logos, software, and design, is owned by or licensed to Rebuix and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (resumes, job postings, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of providing our Services.

10.3 Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Use our trademarks without authorization
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Create derivative works based on our Services

11. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on others' intellectual property rights
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Spam, harass, or abuse other users
• Scrape or data mine our Site without permission
• Circumvent our AI verification system
• Create fake accounts or impersonate others
• Interfere with or disrupt our Services

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse of our Services
• Extended inactivity

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@rebuix.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

13. Disclaimers

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Services will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The Services are free from viruses or harmful components
• Job listings are accurate or that employers are legitimate

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REBUIX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rebuix and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you submit to the Services

16. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

16.1 Informal Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at legal@rebuix.com to attempt informal resolution.

16.2 Binding Arbitration

Any disputes not resolved informally shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in the United States.

16.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity and not as part of any class or representative action.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

18. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting updated Terms on this page
• Updating the "Last Updated" date
• Sending email notification for significant changes

Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
