Senior AI Platform Engineer

We are seeking a Senior AI Platform Engineer to support the development and enhancement of enterprise AI platforms, chatbot capabilities, agentic AI solutions, and AI-enabled automation workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong software engineering and production experience, with a solid understanding of quality assurance, error/exception handling, troubleshooting, and determining when AI is the right solution. AI platform experience can be developed on the job. Must-Have Skills 2+ years of experience developing and supporting software solutions in a production environment. Strong understanding of quality assurance, testing, and release practices. Strong error and exception handling skills with the ability to troubleshoot production issues. Ability to understand when AI should and should not be used to solve a business problem. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Experience integrating systems through APIs, databases, and enterprise applications. Working knowledge of C#, Python, Java, or similar programming languages. Responsibilities Support the Lead AI Platform Engineer in designing, developing, deploying, and supporting enterprise AI solutions. Develop and enhance RAG, chatbot, agentic AI, and AI workflow solutions. Implement AI observability, tracing, monitoring, and evaluation capabilities. Integrate AI and automation solutions with enterprise applications, databases, APIs, document repositories, and file-based systems. Develop automation solutions using technologies such as Blue Prism, UiPath, and ABBYY OCR. Partner with business and technical teams to understand processes and define automation requirements. Identify process gaps, business-rule exceptions, edge cases, and AI/automation risks. Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions. Contribute to solution design, platform standards, technical documentation, and continuous improvement. Nice-to-Have Skills Production experience with AI, RAG, chatbots, or agentic workflows. Experience with Databricks. Experience with Blue Prism, UiPath, and/or ABBYY OCR. Experience with AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms. Experience with LangGraph or similar agent orchestration frameworks. Experience building AI workflows using tools, APIs, MCP servers, and external systems. Understanding of agent architecture, prompt engineering, and LLM evaluation techniques. Experience with intelligent document processing or AI-enabled automation.
