Job Description

We are hiring two highly skilled AI / Agent Engineers to help build and scale next-generation conversational AI systems powering enterprise client experiences. This is a high-impact, client-facing role focused on replacing a legacy FAQ experience with an advanced AI-powered chatbot deeply integrated with Genesys. The ideal candidate is passionate about agentic AI, prompt reliability, tool orchestration, and production-grade AI systems. You will work at the intersection of LLM engineering, workflow orchestration, observability, and enterprise integrations to deliver safe, contextual, and highly reliable AI experiences. What You’ll Do Build Advanced AI Agents Design, develop, and optimize conversational AI agents using LangGraph and modern agentic AI architectures Expand chatbot capabilities through tools, skills, workflows, and service integrations Deliver highly contextual and reliable AI experiences with strict hallucination prevention Engineer Production-Grade Systems Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code in TypeScript and Python Integrate AI systems with APIs, workflows, and enterprise services Collaborate on production hardening, scalability, and operational reliability Prompt Engineering & AI Quality Design and continuously refine prompts for accuracy, safety, and consistency Develop rigorous evaluation frameworks and testing strategies Improve AI output quality using observability and telemetry tools Integrations & Platform Expansion Integrate conversational AI into Genesys voice/chat ecosystems Build and maintain tools, workflows, and operational AI capabilities Support future enhancements including voice and IVR experiences Monitoring & Observability Implement distributed tracing, logging, and AI monitoring Track agent performance, latency, reliability, and hallucination risks Work with AI observability platforms and evaluation pipelines Required Skills & Experience Core Technical Skills Strong hands-on experience with: TypeScript Python Deep expertise in: LangGraph Generative AI / LLM applications Agentic AI architectures Strong API integration and workflow orchestration experience AWS & Cloud Experience with: AWS Bedrock (Required) ECS Lambda S3 Enterprise & Conversational Platforms Experience working with Genesys voice/chat environments Familiarity with enterprise conversational workflows Observability & AI Evaluation Hands-on experience with: Honeycomb Splunk OpenTelemetry (OTel) Arize or similar AI observability platforms Strong understanding of: Prompt testing AI evaluation frameworks Hallucination prevention methodologies Nice-to-Have Skills MCPs (Model Context Protocol) KMaaS (Knowledge Management as a Service) Voice AI / IVR systems Emerging AI integration patterns and tooling What We’re Looking For Excellent Communicator Able to collaborate across Engineering, Product, UX, and Analytics teams Comfortable documenting architectures and technical decisions Thrives in Ambiguity Self-starter mindset in a rapidly evolving AI landscape Able to move quickly from prototype to production-grade systems Quality & Safety Focused Passionate about AI reliability, safety, and user experience Strong engineering rigor and operational mindset Why Join?
