Senior AI Platform Engineer

Responsibilities Design, build, deploy, and support production AI solutions. Develop agentic workflows, RAG architectures, tool integrations, and orchestration pipelines. Build AI evaluation, testing, observability, tracing, and monitoring frameworks. Integrate AI solutions with APIs, enterprise applications, and data sources. Develop reusable AI frameworks and components. Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable AI solutions. Required Skills 5+ years of software engineering experience. Strong Python development experience. Hands-on experience with production AI systems and RAG. Experience with Databricks and LangGraph or similar agent frameworks. Experience with AI agents, tools, APIs, LLMs, prompt engineering, and evaluation. Experience with AWS, REST APIs, Git, and CI/CD. Knowledge of AI observability, tracing, testing, and responsible AI. Experience working in Agile environments. Nice to Have AgentBricks, LangChain, MCP, Microsoft Copilot, AWS Bedrock. Vector databases and semantic search. OpenTelemetry, LangSmith, Grafana, MLflow, or DeepEval. Multi-agent systems and Terraform. AWS, Databricks, Microsoft, or AI certifications.
