Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

We offer full refunds in the following cases:

  • AI Relevance Rejection: If your job posting is rejected for not meeting our 65% AI relevance threshold
  • Technical Issues: If technical problems on our end prevent your job from being displayed properly
  • Early Cancellation: If you cancel within 24 hours of posting AND your job has received zero applications

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are NOT available for:

  • Jobs that have been live for more than 24 hours
  • Jobs that have received any applications
  • Change of mind after job approval
  • Dissatisfaction with application quality or quantity
  • Position filled before posting expires
  • Employer-side technical issues (email, ATS, etc.)

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Email support@rebuix.com with your job posting ID and reason for refund
  2. We will review your request within 2 business days
  3. If approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  4. Refunds are issued to the original payment method

4. Pricing

Standard Job: $99 for 30 days

Featured Job: $199-$249 for 30 days

Free Job: $0 for 7 days (limited availability)

5. Auto-Renewal Cancellation

If you have auto-renewal enabled, you can cancel at any time. No refund will be issued for the current billing period, but you will not be charged for the next period.

6. Dispute Resolution

If you dispute a charge with your payment provider before contacting us, we may be unable to issue a refund. Please contact us first to resolve the issue.
